My approach to healing was shaped by years of working closely with individuals facing profound loss, trauma, and emotional dysregulation — including those navigating life transitions, complex grief, and high-stress environments.

Over time, I saw a pattern: many people were not struggling because they were broken or resistant to change, but because their nervous systems had been asked to carry too much for too long. Healing didn’t come from pushing harder or revisiting pain endlessly. It came from learning how to create safety, regulation, and meaning — at a pace the body and mind could sustain.

That understanding guides my work today. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices with a holistic, nervous-system-aware framework that honors the complexity of human experience. My role is not to direct or fix, but to walk alongside clients as they develop emotional steadiness, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-trust.
